Job Title: Online Customer Experience Agent

Location:  Kitchener, Ont

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will have primary responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, hard-working, and who is able to work within a team structure with a good sense of initiative and organizational skills.

Job type: Full time - Mon-Fri

Main responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalized and courteous service.
Guide customers according to their needs via phone, email, and chat.
Develop a strong understanding of our store policies, loyalty program and associated platforms.
Communicate with the shipping team & warehouse.
Process refunds and restock products according to store policies and workflows.
Validate leads for pricing.
Perform other related tasks as required.

Skills and qualifications required:
1 years of experience in a customer service role in the retail industry.
Knowledge of Shopify Platform is an asset.
General knowledge of fitness equipment and related products.
Courteous and professional communication skills.
Computer Literacy: Mac, iOS 14, Gmail, MS Word or Google Docs, Excel or Sheets.
Ease with managing multiple tasks and teamwork.
Having an interest and knowledge of fitness equipment and related products is an asset.
Must demonstrate a strong tendency for thoroughness and attention to detail in their work.
